Please come early and join us for our fun and informative Seminars given by our own Herb Society Members.

Questions welcome.  Seminars will take place on a 10 to 15 minute rotation from 8:00AM to 8:45AM while we finish the last touches getting ready to open the doors at 9:00.  You will not loose your place in line.  If you miss the seminars, knowledgeable members and experts will be available on the sales floor to assist you and answer questions.

“International Herbs for Flavor” This year we will focus on Indian, Mexican, and Thai herbs.  Learn the secrets to creating those authentic local flavors!   So delicious, healthy and easy, if you grow the right plants.  Recipe cards, and tastings.

"The Good Cook’s Favorite Herbs for Your Garden”    Culinary herbs also make great landscape plants. Learn about varieties that are best for landscape use along with cooking tips and recipes.

"Easy Container Gardening with Herbs” Anyone can grow fresh Herbs, even in a condo, balcony, or small apartment.  All you need is a square foot of space and some sunshine (or grow lights).  Our expert guide will take you through the “how to” of growing herbs in pots and containers.  From the best potting medium, the importance of drainage, fertilizing and pruning, to harvesting.  We’ll also show you which plants do best for your containers and how to create lovely combinations.

“Ornamental Herbs for Your Landscape” See first hand the best Herbs to add beauty and value to your landscape.  You already know that these wonderful plants can be used medicinally, or to add just the right flavor to your favorite dish, but learn from our professionals which ones are the hardiest and most gorgeous for your landscape or home garden.  Water-wise gardening, drought resistance, magical flowers, textures, colored foliage, aroma and more!
