2020 HSN Member Plant Sale:

 

 

Dear Members,

Thank you all for your patience with us while we figured out the best way to collect orders from you for the plants HSN is committed to purchase for our 2020 Herb Sale. Click on this link to see and print out the attached PDF spreadsheet of ordering instructions and plants (with sizes and prices.) Order Instructions & Plant List.  You can use this to plan your order, but it is NOT the order form. ALL orders must be submitted online using the order form link below in the green box in blue. You may NOT print out the above attached PDF spreadsheet to submit it as your order.

Only members are allowed to use the link below in the green box to submit orders. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to include plants for your friends and family in your order, but you will be responsible for paying for them, and have them reimburse you. You MAY share the attached above spreadsheet with your friends and family to find out what plants they want, but you MAY NOT share the order form link with anyone, submit multiple orders, or create separate orders for non-members.

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the online order form.  Please read them carefully before you begin to place your order.  The link to the order form is below in blue inside the green box.

1. Enter your name, email and phone number, then choose “Next”. You will not be able to move on to the next page until these items are entered.

2. Once you choose "Next", it will take 2-3 minutes for the rest of the form to load due to the large number of items-please be patient! 

3. Once all the items have completely loaded you should be able to scroll through the form to enter the amount of each plant that you want without any lags.

4. For each item you want to order, enter the number of plants you want.

5. If you try to select an amount for an item that has not completely loaded, you may get an error message when you try to enter a number that says “We cannot complete your request”. If this happens, you will need to close the form. Do NOT click on “submit order”, just exit the webpage.  

6. When you reopen the link, all the information you have entered will be cleared and you will have to start your order over again.  

7. The number of plants available for each item is shown to the right of the size and price.  

8. This number is automatically updated with each order. You cannot enter a number to order that is more than the number of plants available, and some items that were shown on the spreadsheet may be marked “sold out”.  

9. If an item you want is “sold out” or there are not as many plants available as you want for an item, please send an email to raveachhsn@gmail.com with what you want. This ONLY applies to items already on the order form! If possible we will fill your request with items forfeited by unpaid check orders, but there are NO GUARANTEES!  

10. When you have finished entering the amount of each plant you want to order, choose “next” to see the Total Payment due.  If you want, you can choose the “back” button at the bottom of the page to return to the page with the list of items and make changes or review your order as needed.  

11. Above the “Total Payment Due” is a place for you to add a donation for the Herb Society of Nashville, if you choose. This is totally optional, but please remember that this sale is the primary source of funds for our operating expenses for the year; we will not be able to sell to the public this time (except for any friends and family you include in your order).  

12. When you are satisfied with your order, choose a payment method.  

13.  Please choose “PayPal” to pay for your order, if possible. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay with a credit card on the PayPal site.  

14.  Payment instructions will pop up specific for the option you choose.  

15.  Now you are ready to click on “Submit Order”!  Do not click on the “submit order” button until you are satisfied with your order.  Once you submit, no further changes can be made.  

If you chose “PayPal”, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your payment. When you have completed payment, please choose “Return to Merchant” to complete your submission. You will see a “Thank You” page that lets you know your order has been received.

If you chose “check”, you will be sent directly to the “Thank You” page, but your order will not be confirmed until we receive your check.  Please mail your check directly to Eileen Fels at:  613 Chelmsford Place, Nashville, TN 37215

You will automatically get an email with your order number and a pdf that contains a summary of your order. This email is also automatically sent to the Herb Society so we can keep track of the orders.

  • If you pay through PayPal, you should also receive an email confirmation from PayPal. If you do NOT receive a confirmation from PayPal, your payment did NOT go through and your order is not confirmed. If you do receive the confirmation from PayPal, your order is confirmed and you are finished!

  • If you pay by check, please include your order number on your check. You will receive an email from Eileen when your check has been received that your order is confirmed. If we do not receive your check by the pick up date, your order may be cancelled.

    Pick up information:
    Orders will be compiled by Nature’s Best and you will be assigned a time and date for pick up at their garden center in Nolensville.

  • The times and date for pick up have not yet been determined. After all the orders have been received, we will notify everyone of their assigned pick up time and send detailed instructions on how to pick up your order.

  • When you pick up your order, you will not be allowed to get out of your car or do any other “shopping” there. The Nature’s Best staff will put your plants in your car.

  • Once you have picked up your order, you will need to separate out any plants you ordered for friends and family and arrange to deliver them yourself (or have them pick them up at your house). Only members will be allowed to pick up orders at Nature’s Best.

  • If you are unable to pick up your order at your assigned time and date, please contact Ruth Ann, Jane, or Capell and we will work something out (see above for contact info).

  • It is VERY IMPORTANT that you come at your assigned time, NOT 10-15 minutes early or late! Nature’s Best is doing us a huge favor by compiling the orders and allowing us to come to their garden center for pick up so PLEASE be respectful of their rules and be prompt for your assigned time.
