Scholarship – Applicant Requirements and Particulars

            1.      Applicant must be a permanent resident of Tennessee.

2.      Applicant must be a current college (as of April 2008) Freshman, Sophomore or Junior – scholarship will be applied to Sophomore, Junior or Senior year of school or to a second year student in a two-year program. Applicant must be enrolled in a program concerning the study of Horticulture.

3.      Applicant must be an American Citizen.

4.      Scholarship will be for $2500. to be sent to school to pay for tuition.

5.      April 1, 2008 is deadline for all application materials.

6.      2 references must be submitted with application.

7.      Finalists will be interviewed by the scholarship committee.
